Before it opened in September of 2016, Jane worked with Erica Corbin and Sandra Chapman in Washington D.C. to train educators, docents, and visitors services volunteers at the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Facilitated the Dignity For All Students Act (DASA) workshop at Fordham University for principals, school psychologists, counselors, and teachers. This workshop focuses on understanding, addressing, and preventing bullying, harassment, and discrimination in schools.
